The location is away from downtown Bangkok. However, for shopping there are a couple of malls nearby. There are bigger shopping malls in Bangna which is not too far from the hotel. Hardly any nightlife unlike in downtown Bangkok. Breakfast was good with a mix of both Thai and international cuisine. Room was also cosy. Clean linen, clean toilet, king size bed, safe locker, tea/coffee maker, ironing facility, mini bar etc made the room self sufficient. Good table with lamp made it possible to work in comfort.

We stayed in this lovely hotel already 2 years in a row, always very satisfied with it. This year though, we were extremely happy that we chose this hotel. My husband had an accident, and we contacted the reception and they were amazing- they called us a taxi, brought us to a nearby hospital and one of the reception employees called Day stayed there with us the whole time to make sure we get all the help we need. Nobody wanted any money neither for the taxi or for staying with us in the hospital. When we came back to the hotel, there was a fruit basket in our room, wishing my husband a speedy recovery. We couldnt believe how thoughtful and amazing the people in this hotel were. A BIG THANK YOU! We really appreciate all the help from Day and also from the rest of the hotel.

Dusit princess hotel looks new. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.nice swimming pool in a beautiful are. walking distance to seacon square mall which you can get anything you want and 3 min driving to paradise park shopping center. Close to the airport like 30 min driving. Kind and helpful staff.

Hotel staff very goof Fern work down in hotel resturant for breafast she was very good alway went out of her way for me i left personal items at table she made sure i got them always had hot fresh coffee she would bring me she was awsomd

My family (wife, daughter and I) have stayed in quite a few hotels in Bangkok over the years and Dusit Princess has been the best. Ticked all the boxes for us. Location for shopping for the wife & daughter, WIFI for all of us, Gym and pool for me. Staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

Every staff member at the front desk and in the lobby provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with great soundproofing that blocked out any street noise. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Some staff members were proficient in Chinese, which made everything very convenient for me. The hotel also had a swimming pool, and outdoor seating areas were available for relaxation, giving off a vacation vibe. A staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese provided excellent service, and the doorman also helped call a taxi. I’m very grateful!

Modern hotel with very polite and attentive staff. Larger room size and good bed and bathroom. It’s close to Seacon Square, Paradise and Central BangNa so fab for shopping without the inconvenience of having to battle traffic and crowds further in. Quite convenient to transport and airport.

This is my 4th time staying here, and I do enjoy it. The staff are excellent; breakfast is excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. I love that it is next to a large local mall near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It has a great pool too. The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent working space, and natural light. Now with the new BTS operating, the location becomes even more accessible.

2 night layover in Bangkok. Great hotel. Very very quiet in room despite position by major road. BTS Station close by. Mook on the bar looked after us… very nice, helpful lady. Great food and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in 8 months of travelling. Effort to reduce use of plastic evident.
